We accept reservations for parties of up to 12 guests via OpenTable. A credit card number is required to hold reservations of seven or more. There is a $15 per person cancellation fee for reservations cancelled less than 24hrs before the reserved time and for parties that do not show up for reservations. For groups, if the entire party has not arrived within 15 minutes of the reservation time, the table will be adjusted for the number of guests that have checked in. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; wait times and seating availability will be based on volume of business upon arrival.
Please note that without advance notice, we politely decline requests to combine or seat adjacent smaller parties to form a larger group.
There is a $30 corkage fee per 750mL bottle of wine and a $30 cake fee for bringing in outside food and beverages.
A 20% gratuity will be added to parties of 6 or more. Gratuity is a tip and thus entirely at your discretion. You may always pay a different amount by striking through the added gratuity and inserting a tip that you wish to pay.
PARKING
We offer two hours of validated parking in the garage beneath The Vertis.
If you already have a Metropolis account:
Simply scan the QR code inside the restaurant to validate your parking.
If you do not have a Metropolis account:
Scan the QR code in the garage to create an account and enter your license plate number. Once your account is set up, scan the QR code inside the restaurant to validate your parking.
After your account is created, future visits are easy — just drive in and out of the garage without stopping. Be sure to scan the restaurant QR code each visit to receive validation. You will also have the option to extend an additional two hours for $8.
