Belle Meade Bourbon Dinner

 

Join us for a special bourbon pairing dinner on Tuesday, June 4th! We’ve teamed up with Belle Meade Bourbon to create a four-course dinner that harmoniously pairs our cuisine with the Green Brier Distillery’s family of bourbon. Chef Eric Zizka will present each course to guests seated in our private dining room while a representative from the distillery will be on hand to present the bourbons and answer questions throughout the meal. Tickets are $100 and include dinner, drink pairings, tax and gratuity. Reservations are available here.

 


 

Apéritif

Classic Belle Meade Bourbon, cynar, simple syrup, orange bitters, lemon juice, dry vermouth, rosemary sprig

 

1st Course

East & West Oysters
Pickled mango & pink peppercorn mignonette

Pairing: Belle Meade Bourbon Sherry Cask Finish

 

 2nd Course

Seared Duck Breasts
Toasted cauliflower “risotto”, roasted carrot puree, ricotta salata-frisee salad

Pairing: Belle Meade Bourbon Madeira Cask Finish

 

3rd Course

Smoked Beef Tenderloin
Sweet onion consommé, chanterelle mushroom – broccolini, shaved parmesan

Pairing: Belle Meade Bourbon Reserve

 

4th Course

Pecan Pie
Vanilla ice cream, caramel

Pairing: Louisa’s Coffee Pecan Liqueur
